Driver Instructions
The Philips Hue lighting system enables smart control of lights with features like switching, dimming, and full control for RGB colors and tunable lights. It integrates seamlessly with the Hue Bridge and mobile application for scalable lighting management.
This driver makes use of the new Philips Hue Clip API v2, as v1 will be deprecated in the future.
Features: Switching (On/Off with toggle), Dimming (0-100%, 5% step), Color Control (RGB/CT), Color Presets (50 user-configurable), Scene Control, Scalable Control (individual Lights, Rooms, Zones, and Home), Real-time Feedback via SSE event stream, Auto Reconnect, Auto API Key.
Version History: v3.0 - Initial release. v3.10 - Added missing parameter to ColorTune function, resolved connection issues for certain bridges.
System Requirements: Integration Designer 11.x or above, XP Firmware 25.x or above. Philips Hue Bridge V2 or Bridge Pro.
Variables for each Light, Room, Zone, and Home: On (Boolean), Off (Boolean), Brightness (Integer, 0-100%), Color Temperature (Integer, mirek), Color Mode (String), Red/Green/Blue (Integer, 0-255).
