Sign-in methods

Avpro Connect supports three ways to sign in. You can use whichever method is set up on your account.

Password sign-in

  1. Enter your email address and password.

  2. Click Sign in.

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Magic link (passwordless)

  1. On the sign-in page, click Sign in with Magic Link.

  2. Enter your email address and click Send magic link.

  3. Check your inbox for an email from Avpro. Click the link inside to sign in automatically.

Note: Magic links expire after a short time. If yours has expired, return to the sign-in page and request a new one.

Passkey (biometric / hardware key)

If you've registered a passkey on your account, your browser or device will prompt you to authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware security key.

  1. On the sign-in page, click Sign in with Passkey.

  2. Follow your device's prompt (biometric scan or hardware key tap).

To register a passkey, see Managing Your Account & Security Settings.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

If 2FA is enabled on your account, you'll be prompted for a verification code after entering your password.

  1. Open your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password).

  2. Enter the 6-digit code shown for Avpro Connect.

  3. Click Verify.

If you've lost access to your authenticator app, click Use a backup code and enter one of the backup codes you saved when you set up 2FA.

Troubleshooting

  • Wrong password — use the Forgot password? link to reset it.

  • Magic link not arriving — check your spam/junk folder. Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address you used to register.

  • Passkey not working — ensure you're using the same device and browser where the passkey was registered.

  • 2FA code invalid — authenticator app codes refresh every 30 seconds. Try again with the latest code, and ensure your device clock is set to automatic/sync.
