Requesting Access to Avpro Connect

How to submit an access request if you don't have an Avpro Connect account yet, and what to expect from the review process.

Written by Isaiah

Who needs to request access?

Access to Avpro Connect is granted at the organization level — Avpro administrators provision organizations, not individual users. If your organization doesn't yet have an account in Avpro Connect, you can submit a request on its behalf. An Avpro administrator will review the request and, if approved, onboard your organization and send you an invitation to set up your account.

If your organization already has an account but you haven't been added yet, contact your Org Admin and ask them to invite you as a member.

How to submit a request

  1. Click Request Access below the sign-in form.

  2. Fill in the form:

    • Name — your full name

    • Email — your business email address

    • Company — your company or organization name

    • AVPro Account # — your organization's Avpro account number (contact your Avpro rep if you're unsure)

    • Phone — optional, but helpful for follow-up

    • Message — any additional context about what access your organization needs

  3. Click Submit Request.

What happens next

After submitting, an Avpro admin will review your request. You'll receive an email once a decision has been made:

  • Approved — your organization will be provisioned in Avpro Connect and you'll receive a welcome email with a link to set up your account. Click the link and follow the prompts to create your password.

  • Denied — you'll receive a notification explaining the reason. If you believe this was an error, contact Avpro support.

Already have an account?

If you already have an account but can't sign in, see Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues or use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page.
