Accessing Avpro Applications

How to launch Avpro applications from the Connect dashboard and what to do if an app shows as inaccessible.

Written by Isaiah

The application dashboard

After signing in to Avpro Connect, you'll see your application dashboard — a grid of tiles for every Avpro application. Each tile shows the app's name and your current access status.

Application access states

An app tile can appear in one of four states:

  • Accessible — you're entitled to use this app. Click the tile to launch it.

  • Request Access — your organization doesn't have access yet. You can submit a request from the tile.

  • Contact Admin — your organization has access, but you personally haven't been granted permission. Contact your Org Admin to have the role assigned to you.

  • Coming Soon — the application is not yet available.

Available applications

TechSage

A technical tools platform for Avpro dealers and integrators. Access is granted by your organization's Org Admin once your organization has been entitled by Avpro.

USP (Latency Simulator)

A tool for simulating and testing latency in AV systems. Requires the USP permission to be assigned to your account.

Driver Store

The Avpro driver store is accessible to all signed-in users. Browse and download integration drivers for your AV control systems.

Avpro Atlas Cloud

Cloud management platform — coming soon.

Launching an app

  1. From the dashboard, click the tile for the application you want to open.

  2. If prompted, review and accept the OAuth authorization consent screen (this only appears the first time you connect an app).

  3. The application will open in a new tab using your Avpro Connect identity — no separate login required.

Requesting access to an application

If an app shows Request Access:

  1. Click the tile.

  2. Follow the prompt to submit an access request.

  3. An Avpro admin will review the request and grant access to your organization if approved.

I have access but can't see the app

If you believe you should have access to an application but it's not showing as accessible:

  • Check with your Org Admin — they may need to assign a role to your account.

  • Try signing out and back in to refresh your permissions.

  • If the issue persists, contact Avpro support.
